Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, the Group Digital & Innovation Manager role combines strategy with hands-on delivery to implement innovative technology and ways of working that drives operational excellence, agility, and sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining a progressive digital and innovation strategy that reflects organisational priorities.
• Developing a roadmap supported by effective stakeholder engagement.
• Delivering forward-thinking digital solutions to enable efficiencies across operations and support functions.
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify and deliver opportunities for innovation.
• Leveraging data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitoring and identifying emerging technologies and trends that enable operational effectiveness and strengthen market distinction.

Key requirements of the role include: 

• Established track record leading innovation, transformation, or strategic initiatives within large organisations.
• Demonstrated experience in driving digital strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability.
• Project delivery capability including change leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
