Description du poste

The QHSE Digital support will be responsible for setting-up and maintaining the digital document management of the BESIX Management system and be and active member of the team that develops, maintains and provides user assistance for OASIS, the digital platform used to manage BESIX’ QHSE processes.

He/she reports to the Corporate lead QHSE digitalisation and will work in close collaboration with the other members of the QHSE team delivering service to all end users of the management system and OASIS.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Focal point for management system related technical questions and to provide end user support to the entire BESIX organisation.
  • Actively & dynamically promote OASIS and the management system and its supportive capacity to the BESIX community of actors.
  • As an active member of the Blue sky project team, you will have the opportunity to co-create the full revamp of the current certified BESIX Management System.
  • Maintain the current and future mgt. system on the digital platforms that host it. This includes the document management of the content (e.g. setting up workflows, implementing process maps, procedures, policies, templates, etc).
  • Provide assistance to the OASIS end users as part of and in close cooperation with the OASIS-help team.
  • Back-up of the OASIS technical support.
  • Be able to deliver OASIS trainings and support for the roll-out of OASIS in the regional entities (development).
  • Assist in co-creation of trainings regarding QHSE digital tools.
  • Assist process owners in the collection and monitoring of their KPI related data.
  • Proactively propose improvements to the QHSE digital tools and channel the related improvements suggested by the business / end users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree preferably with a digital background.
  • Preferably minimum of 5 years experience in an international context.
  • Experience in the maintenance and improvement of Management Systems in a complex business context, the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and digital document control.
  • Client oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to work autonomous.
  • Flexible with good organizational skills enabling you to manage priorities and several tasks at the same time.
  • Team player that pro-actively proposes solutions and improvements.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English and French or Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
  • Digital hands-on, various Document Management System platforms, MS Windows, MS Office and SharePoint are a must.
