As a Graphic Designer, you are responsible for creating visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience across various digital and non-digital platforms.

You will be working on diverse FLAMANT marketing design projects from digital marketing campaigns and communication to printed folders.

In your role you are a crucial part of the FLAMANT Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Graphic Designer with significant experience. We are looking for an organized multitasker that can handle many diverse projects simultaneously,

meet tight deadlines and is stress resistant.

About the role

  • Create graphical designs for all digital and non-digital platforms and tools, including websites, social media, newsletters, advertising, folders, packaging, promotional materials, and technical catalogues.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and enhancing overall brand presence
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing Coordinator, Sales, and Product/Buying teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet project objectives
  • Create engaging UX designs that are both visually appealing and user-friendly
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within the required timeline
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in graphic design, applying this knowledge to enhance design strategies
  • Contribute innovative ideas to drive the overall design direction of the brand

Qualifications

TO BE

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Proven 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the retail industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing
  • Knowledge and experience in the creation of large catalogs using software such as EasyCatalog
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including UX design, digital marketing assets, and branding
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce, and digital marketing tools
  • Deep understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout, with the ability to apply these principles effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Dutch-French-English) with the ability to present and discuss design concepts clearly, collaborate cross-functionally and build effective relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Organized and the capability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You are mature, work proactively and independently
  • Ability to accept and integrate feedback to refine designs based on team and management input and project needs
  • Team player, can-do attitude, hands-on, commercial mindset and result-oriented
  • Affinity with fashion / interior styling / design / lifestyle is a plu
