Job Description

BESIX Watpac are seeking a Handover & Commissioning Manager to join our project team to plan, programme, schedule and drive the commissioning process on site.  This role will be offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responsibility for the preparation, coordination and management of commissioning plans & processes including preparation of the commissioning programme.
  • Work closely with the Design Manager and Services Manager to ensure emerging documentation meets the required specification.
  • Managing consultants and subcontractors for identified disciplines, including detailed coordination through design, delivery, and validation phases.
  • The coordination, implementation, and maintenance of the validation processes for all of the trades involved in the project, including the management of the reporting process.

Qualifications

The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in construction, commissioning, and completions of large scale infrastructure building projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with external consultants to obtain best for project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
