Job Description
Reporting to the HSEQ Systems Manager, this role is available for 3 to 5 days per week. The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Proactively drive company safety, environment and quality policies, practices and procedures in compliance with Management Plans and WHS legislative requirements to provide a safe workplace at all times.
- Administer and maintain the BESIX Watpac HSEQ systems and records in accordance with relevant legislation, codes, standards and accreditation schemes.
- Assist with compiling and preparing HSEQ reports.
- Assist with amending and updating HSEQ related policies, procedures, and forms.
- Provide other HSEQ administrative support as required.
Qualifications
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Prior safety administration experience within construction or a similar industry.
- Intermediate level of MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
- Ability to cope with shifting work priorities and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated time management skills and high level of accuracy.
