Job Description
Our BESIX Watpac 2024 South Australia Graduate Program is now open for applications for talented and driven students currently completing their final year of Construction Management or Engineering. This is a two-year rotational program that will provide you with exposure and structured learning within four foundations of project delivery:
- Pre-contracts & Estimating
- Design Coordination
- Commercial
- Site-based Engineering
You will be fully embedded into project development and delivery teams, work on exciting landmark projects and benefit from ongoing mentoring and support from the best in the industry.
To be considered for our 2024 Graduate intake, submit your application by 5pm Friday 21 April 2023.
We commence our Graduates at various stages of the year from July 2023 to February 2024.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a construction related field such as Construction Management/Building, Engineering, Quantity Surveying/Cost Planning, Architecture/Design
- Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven high level of professionalism, maturity, candour, and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
