The applications developed by Aug∙e have been designed to be easy to use and available on both smartphones and computers. With the support of Proximus, BESIX and i.Leco, it will continue to expand this ecosystem, particularly in three main areas: sustainability, comfort and maintenance. 

As a result of aug-e's strong growth, we are looking to strengthen the Product team with a UX/UI designer. You will be in charge of contributing to the improvement of the user experience, and in particular creating a unified user experience throughout the aug-e application universe.

You will work on user research across the different product teams. You will provide recommendations to the Product Owner team in charge of the final solution design. But you will also contribute hands-on to the products.

Your main tasks :

• Contribute to the user research process with the Product Manager, in order to feed the roadmap by conceiving the long term evolutions of the product (workshops based on design thinking methods, co-construction workshops around wireframes, interviews, questionnaires, field observation...)
• Produce UX/UI deliverables: wireframes, personae, user paths...

• You feel a need to create an impact and contribute to our quest against climate change
• You know how to work in an environment framed by data science and technology, in collaboration with technical and product teams
• You have knowledge in ergonomics and psychology that allows you to deepen your analysis and recommendations
• You want to work in a growing international start-up
• You have a strong team spirit
• You have a tangible experience in UX/UI that can be demonstrated by your portfolio
• You have a tangible experience with designing and prototyping in FIGMA

For this position it is also possible to work from our offices in Wroclaw, Poland.
