• Able to perform a critical analysis of -planning work prepared by others
• Able to support, mentor and coordinate junior planners within a team
• Able to communicate and defend planning to project team members
• Perform delay analysis work using various techniques
• Planning support for a single large/ complex project
• Management & coordination of a project planning team.

Competencies:

• Good understanding of key contract documents and how they relate to the planning process;
• Good understanding of general construction in various sectors like in Building, Civil, Marine, Environment etc.
• Able to develop a WBS for a medium project;
• Application of various delay analysis techniques;
• Preparation of resource & cost-loaded baseline programmes for medium projects;
• Preparation of progress reports using various visual techniques;
• Preparation of recovery/ target programmes;
• Use visual tools to assist in communicating planning, e.g. Line of Balance, Time Displacement, etc.
• Highly skilled in Primavera Software
• Highly proficient in the use MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
• Good knowledge in other planning softwares, like Tilos

• You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil/ Marine Construction.
• Has minimum 8-10 years of work experience in Civil and Marine works in the field of planning
• You have a very good knowledge with Ms Office package.
• You can review, extract information from drawings using AutoCad (preferable)
• You are fluent in English.
• You are ready to travel abroad
