Shou’alah is joint venture between BESIX and Hitachi Zosen Inova and we are currently building one of the biggest EfW plant in the world located in the Emirate of Dubai, a key component of Dubai’s sustainability strategy, where approximately 1.9 million tonnes/annum municipal waste will be processed to produce roughly 200MW/day of electricity.

We are currently seeking dynamic, and experienced Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, I&CA Engineers, Shift Supervisors, Plant Operators, Technicians, Foremen, and Non-technical roles preferably with working experience in Energy from Waste/Waste to Energy, Thermal power plants(coal/oil/gas/nuclear), Hydroelectric power plants, Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical Processing, Mining, and Marine Industry.
