The key responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing writing, editing and proofing services on our tenders.
• Actively engaging in strategy and content workshops to assist in the production of Key Success Factors/Win Themes.
• Synthesising our key points of difference in a tender and taking accountability for writing and producing Executive Summaries and Letters of Commitment.
• Partnering with Subject Matter Experts to craft clear, concise, compliant, and compelling content, providing guidance, coaching and challenging SMEs to gather best for tender content.
• Researching and writing reference projects, response to non price tender schedules, award submissions and bespoke capability documents.

The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction/property sector.
• Excellent written, research and communication skills.
• Advanced writing capabilities and experience in writing proposals, tenders and strategic documents.
• The ability to articulate and showcase technical competency unique to each bid.
• A high attention to detail with an excellent editing and proofing ability.
• Strong time management skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
