Job Description

Supporting our Qld, NT & NZ business unit, the Submissions Coordinator will work within a highly experienced New Business & Strategy team to assist with the collaborative bid process.  Primarily, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of small to large tenders, proposals, Expressions of Interest and marketing materials.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Support the Submission Manager with coordination of the end-to-end submission process.
  • Provide assistance with the collation and editing of submission content.
  • Assist with the format and delivery of final documentation to deadline.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external bid workshops.
  • Coordinate marketing materials for internal and external purposes.
  • Maintain document and image libraries.
  • Assist with the procurement of materials required for submissions.
  • Assist with presentations for client interactive workshops and post-tender interviews.

Qualifications

The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

  • Established experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Prior experience in providing administration and coordination support to multi-disciplinary bid teams.
  • Proven ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • A sound working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office suite.
