Will you be the next International Account Manager at interior design company Flamant?

Let’s talk about the role 

Would your friends say you're a passionate and enthusiastic person? Are you attracted to beautiful (interior) items like a magnet? Then you'll want to read on. 

  • You have an eye for interior design and you have Flamant in your heart.
  • You scour your (international) region for new (franchise) customers with your outgoing personality. 
  • You personify Flamant during every sales opportunity. 
  • You organise and guide physical or virtual showroom visits.
  • You maintain contact with partners and customers through various channels and work proactively on building new relationships.
  • You help professional customers with orders, questions and complaints, and follow up every single contact diligently.
  • Together with the sales team, you think about new campaigns and actively contribute to the growth of the company.
  • You visit our existing partners and franchise customers at least once a year.

Qualifications

Let’s talk about you 

  • You have several years of experience in B2B sales, or, if you're just starting out, you're excited and ready to hit the ground running. If you have previous work experience in the furniture or interior decoration sector, you're extra welcome.
  • You take responsibility, you show respect and you have a real drive to perform.
  • You're a flexible team player who isn't looking for a traditional nine-to-five job. 
  • You're fluent in Dutch, English and French – and knowledge of an extra language is a plus. 
  • You have an analytical mind and are good with numbers.
  • You're familiar with Microsoft Office, and possibly also with AutoCAD or SketchUp.
  • You don't need to be told twice to take action, and you would describe yourself as an ambitious go-getter.
  • You want to see more of the world: you spend 50% of your time abroad (for prospecting, customer visits and trade fairs). 
  • You have a driving licence (type B).

Flamant, you’re home  

  • You'll be working at our headquarters, the showroom in Geraardsbergen (Diebeke 33). 
  • You'll also be on the road a lot (covering a region to be determined in consultation with the company).
