Are you eager to pamper our customers from all over the globe? And can you do that in Dutch, English and French? Then you'll want to read on. 

• You have an eye for interior design and you have Flamant in your heart. This shines through in every customer contact, where you act as a true Flamant ambassador.
• You're brimming with enthusiasm. Experience (in the furniture sector) is a plus, but not required. 
• You keep track of our stock by consulting our order system (from quote to sale and delivery) swiftly and accurately. 
• You strive to offer a positive Flamant experience to every single customer, whatever their questions. 
• You communicate fluently, both by e-mail and over the phone, and you can relate to wholesale, retail and sales. 
• You're invested in building good relations with our customers and business teams (warehouse, merchandising and credit) and you won't rest until you find the best solution. 

Let’s talk about you 

• You have a positive personality, you love taking responsibility and you're fully committed to your job. 
• You enjoy working together with other people and you don't mind working flexible hours (no nine-to-five mentality). 
• You speak fluent Dutch, English and French. Knowing an additional language is a plus, but not required. 
• You're familiar with Microsoft Office. 
• You're solution-oriented by nature and you don't need to be told twice to take action. 
• You welcome variation in your range of tasks and you work in a structured way.
