Your role and duties as an Equipment Engineer:

•        Preparing new equipment investment files (comparison sheets, etc);

•        Creating orders for new equipment/creating order numbers/following up delivery and reception in the company;

•        Commissioning of new equipment;

•        Keeping equipment/machine data sheets updated on the server;

•        On-site inspection of equipment before entering the workshop for overhaul:

•        Following up work on machines (in-house or external);

•        Following up specific project questions from Production Units;

•        Assisting with the preparation of larger projects and with technical innovation;

•        Attending planning meetings of the Production Units;

•        Setting priorities and deadlines for task requests from Production Unit workshops;

•        Checking invoicing of outsourced work.

o   University education / Master’s degree or equivalent with strong technical focus (Electromechanical engineer , Industrial engineer)

o   Fluent communicator, with good organisational skills

o   Result-oriented, you are flexible, ready-to-help and precise in your work

o   Independent and pragmatic, your technical knowledge helps you take initiatives and responsibilities

o   Bilingual Dutch/French, knowledge of English is a plus

o   You hold a B driving licence
