• You will be Cost controller for different BESIX projects mainly located in Flanders and Brussels (40% at BESIX HQ and 60% on site) or completely dedicated to 1 bigger project and based on site;
• You will be responsible for monthly cost control reporting, analyses and administrative process simplification;
• You review, under responsibility of project managers, projects’ cost control;
• You are responsible for reporting checked and coherent figures;
• You liaise with projects’ “technical responsible” to obtain all needed input for projects cost control and reporting;
• You ensure that all needed accounting data are transferred to the Project Managers;
• You report results and analysis to Cost Control manager on due time;

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in an economical or financial field;
• A first work experience in the field of cost control or financial audit is a must;
• You demonstrate willingness and ability to learn quickly and to work independently ;
• You are fluent in Dutch (oral and written) and you have a sufficient level to communicate in French and English ;
• You have clear skills for analyses and reporting ;
• You are a team player and you have good communication skills;
• You have good knowledge of MS Office;
• You are willing to work all over Flanders and Brussels;
• You have a sincere interest for the construction industry
