• Manages and oversees project controls for engineering and construction project;
• Responsible for managing scheduling and estimating and the program management information systems;
• Prepares, or supervises the preparation of project estimates, resources budgets vs. costs (manpower, plant & equipment), schedules, forecasts, trends, and progress reporting;
• Establishes operating policies to mitigate risk, proactively proposes improvements to increase productivity;
• Provides guidance and consultation for project managers, technical office, and construction staff;
• Interacts directly with the client regarding planning and progress of the works;

• 15 years of post-graduate experience (at least 10 of them as planning Engineer);
• You should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) and be an expert user of Primavera 6;
• Strong background/experience in marine works and/or civil works, complex projects;
• Excellent skills/experience in Planning;
• Excellent in MS Office (especially excel);
• Relevant experience in project management;
• You possess strong coordination skills in English, business development skills, and excellent written and verbal communications skills;
