Our South Australian Construction team continues to deliver exciting, high quality projects for a variety of clients. Completed projects include Adelaide Airport Landslide Infrastructure Project, IBIS Hotel and Mayfair Hotel. The team is currently working on construction on the Adelaide Airport Terminal Expansion project and Underdale high school.

Job Description

Due to increased growth, BESIX Watpac has a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the South Australian construction team. In this role you will provide efficient management of project financial, commercial, contractual and administration matters. This exciting role will involve some of the following key responsibilities;

  • Review, negotiate, administer and finalise subcontracts.
  • Preparation and submission of progress claims.
  • Manage and track project expenditure.
  • Advise the project team on commercial and contractual matters.

Qualifications

The successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • You will possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Extensive building construction project experience is a must (commercial, residential, institutional, high-rise).
