About Our Program

The Watpac Graduate program provides a strong foundation for a successful career in the building and construction industry. Working alongside your peers and with the support of your project team and senior management, you will have exposure to and develop your knowledge in a diverse range of areas; 

  • Project Coordination
  • Design & Services Management
  • Site Supervision
  • Contract Administration

Successful candidates will be offered a fulltime position, competitive remuneration and benefits and over the course of the two year program, be eligible for exciting developmental opportunities such as our Young Professionals Program

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates. Ideally you will be in the recently graduated from Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related (degree to be completed prior to commencement of the program). 

  • Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a passion for the building and construction industry
  • Confidence and accountability to drive individual success and growth with the company

A full unrestricted driver’s license with the able to travel across Victoria for work
