For our future projects in Belgium and France, we're looking for MEP Managers who fluently speaks French or Dutch.

Your role will be: 

• You hold the knowhow of the MEP part of our construction projects (with up to €100M in MEP works) in all its aspects: design, performance, installations and the interaction with other trades;
• You coordinate the MEP design and execution between design subcontractors and civil/finishing works with the Architect;
• You provide the planning input for the MEP works;
• You provide technical input for offer requests and the awarding of MEP subcontracts;
• You initiate and manage upstream schedule for MEP subcontracts and MEP designs;
• You are responsible for providing MEP information for box-outs, cast-in items, embedded tubes, etc. for coordinated drawings;
• You assist in technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff;
• You are responsible for the as-built documents and drawings, for the performance tests, the commissioning and hand over, and the snagging and the snagging control:
• You audit the MEP subcontractors for validation by project management.
• You manage the MEP team on site
   

• You are fluent in French or Dutch and you have a profound knowledge of the other national language & English;
• You have an electromechanical engineering degree;
•  You have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in MEP works;
•  You have experience in handling and managing projects from A-Z, meaning from tendering phase to construction and commissioning;
• You possess in-depth practical and theoretical knowledge to deal with situations in a background of conceptual understanding;
•  You are flexible and willing to travel for short missions abroad;
