Job Description

MT member

  • Be a partner for CEO/GM on strategy and tactics.
  • Be a partner for CEO/GM on finance and legal.
  • Make sure management is aligned.
  • Review and revise our business plan and year plans.
  • Interact with the board.
  • Take part in MT reporting and progress meetings.
  • Take part in strategy meetings with the MT and board.
  • Take part in interaction with partners in subsidiaries or ventures.
  • Manage support staff.
Marketing & Sales Officer
  • Define strategy and tactics for marketing and sales.
  • Execute plans and manage financial targets.
  • Review and revise our marketing and sales plan.
  • Actively build a network within the Real Estate market
  • Acquire new deals with new clients.
  • Align sales with strategy.
  • Manage accounts and contracts.
HR Officer
  • Safeguard the availability of staff and legal compliance.
  • GDPR compliance.
  • Revise/set strategy, procedures and instruments for HR.
  • Recruit new candidates for both consultancy as for development (together with heads).
  • Assess, hire and let go employees.
  • Fulfill the role of GDPR officer.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a Master Degree in Applied Sciences
  • 5-15 years experience 
  • Proof points in sales
  • C-level interaction with clients
  • Familiar with construction and infrastructure sector
  • Preferably has a network for potential clients
  • Independent, result-driven
  • Proactive self starter with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Gets the start-up mentality
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, fluent in French is a plus
