Watpac has a rare opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their People team during an exciting period of growth. Based at the head office in Newstead, your role will provide support to the resourcing team in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide support across the end to end recruitment process including advertising, screening and reference checking.
• Administration of the recruitment database.
• Coordination and administration of the onboarding process.
• General administrative support to the recruitment and wider HR team.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience providing recruitment support, preferably gained within the civil, construction, or mining, or a similar industry.
• An energetic and flexible approach to your role with a strong focus on customers and delivering outcomes.
• Exceptional high level administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
