• Be part of the organization and management of the draughting team of the project and ensure the team’s structure and functioning;
• Be responsible for the creation, development, achievement and issue of BIM Models and engineering drawings under the guidance of the Engineering Manager: drawings/documents concerning but not limited to process design, concept design, basic design, detailed design/engineering or as-built phase of a project (tender or execution)
• Create, administer and produce BIM Models, templates and plug-ins to develop the engineering team's efficiency
• Coordinate all disciplines for drawings/documents to be produced (process, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation, building services, civil, steel structure,…)
• Review drawings/documents originating from the drafting team or by sub-contractors
• Be responsible for the compliance of drawings/documents:
  - with any specification of application on the project including document numbering system and tagging procedures;
  - with the safety policy of application in the company and on the project (client, partners,…)
  - with the project quality procedure and/or with the client quality procedure
• Anticipate the drafting resources (quantity/competencies) required to complete the job, in accordance with the Project schedule, requirements and standards
• Ensure the drafting team fully understand their role and responsibilities on a daily basis
• Ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with Quality Control & Quality Assurance and all related documents to these principles.

• You have a minimum of 7 years experience in EPC projects related to the field of:
  - Municipal/Industrial Wastewater treatment plants
  - Potable/Desalination/Process water treatment plants
  - Waste treatment plants
• You master drafting software of use on projects:
  - PID's: Plant 3D, VPE, SPPID...
  - 3D Model: Plant 3D, Navisworks, PDMS, E3D...
  - AutoCAD 2D
• You have a fluent English and the stand to drive, train and inspire the drafting team to execute and develop the implementation of the BIM strategy
