For a new building project based in Liège, we're looking for a Facade Engineer 

Knowlegde required in following fields:

Facade design 

• architectural design (conceptual, schematic, IFC, exe)
• structural / mechanical design
• complex 3D design / parametric design
• building physics (U, g,...)
• acoustics
• material expertize(glazing, aluminium, steel, insulation, different cladding materials)
• coordination / synthèse with other trades (MEP / structure / architecture)

Facade project management

• design management 
• budgetization / pricing
• planning
• methodoly of fabrication and installation management 
• contract management
• quality control
   

• Master in engineering
• specialist and perfectionist in specific knowlegde field but at the same time generalist and having sufficiënt knowlegde in all the other fields listed above.
• You identify with our core competencies by demonstrating entrepreneurship, flexibility, innovation and results-oriented thinking while fostering teamwork.
• You also have excellent communication skills, an analytical mind and a customer focus
