Our  company has a broad palette of foundation technology for the realization of deep foundations, retaining walls, containment of polluted sites, redevelopment and/or soil improvement, injection works, renovation of existing foundations and the coordination of related activities.

Reporting to the CFO, the main responsibilities of this role include:

•      Project controlling for large projects in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg;

•      Responsible for all budget and forecast data linked to the project;

•      Responsible for all monthly closing activities (margin calculation, divisional reporting, etc) on the project;

•      Assistance with managing all risks and opportunities linked to the daily life of the project;

•      Acting as a real Business Partner, you are in permanent contact with the operations;

•      Leading role in closing process (margin calculation, over/under absorption of costs);

•      Detailed analyses on project performance (KPI report) and suggestions for corrective actions;

• The successful candidate has a Master degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent by experience.

• He/she has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as well as a sound understanding of financial and controlling processes. Experience in an audit firm (BIG 4) would be considered as a plus.

• Fluency in French and Dutch is required and/or English is necessary.

• The ideal candidate is autonomous, flexible and able to cope with complex situations.
