For the construction of a prestigious new project in Poland, we are looking for a Project Manager, Polish (native) speaker.

As Project Manager you are overall responsible for organizing and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks are:

• Being responsible for the overall site planning, optimum project yield, and for control and coordination of the sub-contractors and their team;
• Supervising the execution and the technical content of project management, as well as the financial aspects;
• Safeguarding project complementation on time, within budget and in accordance with contract specifications;
• Setting up a project plan and establishing a project team;
• Preparing and attending progress meetings with clients and/or representatives;
• Supervising that all QHSE procedures are correctly followed on site

• You have a Master in Civil Engineering
• You have proven a track record with a least 15 years of relevant working experience within a major construction company, having managed large complex construction projects (> 200 million €) in civil, marine & infrastructure works (no consultancy);
• You are fluent in Polish and English. Other(s) language(s) is an asset;
• You identify with our core competencies by possessing an entrepreneurial mind, showing flexibility, being innovative and result-oriented while promoting teamwork;
• You equally possess excellent communication skills, an analytical mind and you are client focused;
