• Accounts Receivable invoicing and follow up of payments
• Preparing outgoing payments
• Preparing balance and P/L for integration in partners accounting
• VAT declarations and preparing fiscal files

General accounting of small entities(15%)

• Integration of partners accounting
• Accounts Payable verifying and booking of invoices and follow up of approval flow
• Preparing outgoing payments
• VAT declarations and preparing fiscal files
• Income Tax declaration

Support to general accounting of BESIX SA (15%)

• Support to the “Team Leader General Accounting” of BESIX SA

• Degree in accounting;
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in a construction company is a plus
  • Experience with AX accounting software is a plus
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch;
• Open minded, respectful and trustworthy;
• Proactive, rigorous and committed;
• Good organization and communication skills and ability to prioritize;
• Stress resistant
