Job Description
As a Manager of Business Development, you will be focused on creating new sales opportunities across the BEKHealth enterprise. Unlike many Business Development roles, we encourage this position to join in the sales process from start to close with the Executive team. This role requires a large amount of dedication, curiosity, coachability, and work ethic to be successful. People who demonstrate all characteristics will be rewarded financially and with upward mobility opportunities as BEKHealth is in a pivotal growth stage.
Your Mission:
Execute outbound calls and email campaigns to build and manage a lead pipeline
Identify and develop opportunities across targeted healthcare segments
Ability to present our company to potential clients
Collaborate with leadership to create successful marketing campaigns
Qualify leads from outreach campaigns as sales opportunities
Ability to execute qualifying calls to identify qualified contacts and connect them with the appropriate BEKHealth solution
Follow up with cold or hibernated sales opportunities in an attempt to revive them
Maintain activity inside Hubspot for reporting

Your Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of professional experience in business development/sales
Independently motivated professional with ability to establish credibility with others at senior levels
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge and/or high interest in learning healthcare
