Job Description

As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for selling the BEKHealth clinical research platform to new and existing customers specifically focused on healthcare research organizations.  You will lead sales for a specific region or territory and will operate with a great deal of autonomy. You’ll develop our sales strategy in partnership with the executive team and drive deals to close. You will remain agile to quickly respond to rapidly changing market dynamics. Our team is lean so you will have the opportunity to demonstrate extreme ownership and will be instrumental in BEKHealth’s expansion.  This role comes with upward mobility opportunities as BEKHealth is in a pivotal growth stage.

Your Mission:

  • Develop, expand and manage BEKHealth’s clinical research products and services in your designated region or markets

  • Utilize professional selling and business development techniques combined with product knowledge to market BEKHealth products and services

  • Gather customer requirements and work with the product engineering team to iterate on and improve BEKHealth product offerings

  • Meet regularly with the executive team to review business development opportunities, strategy, and current market landscape

  • Continuously work with Business Development Representatives to properly assist with outreach, manage leads and update HubSpot

  • Represent BEKHealth in various forums including conferences, BEKHealth launches, technology panels, etc.

Qualifications

Your Competencies:

  • Ability to execute against specific plans of action to routinely set and achieve quarterly goals

Your Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of professional experience in business development or sales

  • 3+ years of professional experience selling to healthcare systems

  • Preferred SAAS sales experience

  • Preferred experience in clinical research or site services sales with established networks of contacts.

  • Independently motivated professional with a demonstrated track record of pursuing and closing complex deals.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude for the products you’ve sold and supported.
