Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: KNOXVILLE TN 37932
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $13.50/Hr on W2
The Call Center Agent will support a health care client (the California Health Index), and take calls from individuals wishing to opt out of an active data exchange. The Call Center agent will ask the caller a series of questions (likely from a script) and enter information into a database. They will also process mailed opt-out information that has been scanned into a document management system and there may be some outbound calling if opt-out information rec’d in the mail center is insufficient.
