Position: HR Customer Service Representative
Location: SAN ANTONIO TX 78205
Duration: 12+months
Rate: $12.56/Hr on W2
Job Description:
- Other The Customer Service Rep receives inbound calls from customers as initial point of contact to answer questions related to HR policies, practices or to resolve issues.
- He/she helps the customer by answering their inquiry, resolving their problem or routing their call to a caseworker for resolution.
- In addition, the CSR records and tracks the issue via the case management tool from initiation through resolution.
- The CSR solves problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures.
- Experience in a fast paced customer service environment, experience using a telephone to handle customer requests, experience using a personal computer.
- 6 months of Customer Service phone background, Available to answer calls 7.5 hours/day.
- Working knowledge of email, Internet Explorer, Excel and Word
- An HR Representative provides HR advice & support, delivering core HR processes & practises to the company.
- This includes Performance Management, Promotions, Remuneration
