Position: Buyer/Planner

Duration: 09/26/2016 to 05/31/2017

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay rate: $20/hr

Planning Experience Required

• Will be working with Suppliers

• Processing POs and following up on them

• Having Excel experience is KEY for this position

• Using AS400, having is a plus, but will be taught

• Working in a Light Industrial Warehouse/distribution environment, so having this is very helpful for this role

• Managing Supplier delivery

• Supporting Factory On-Time-Delivery

• A plus to have Lean Manufacturing or Lean Supply Chain

• Handling invoicing discrepancies with Suppliers

• Scheduling production, looking at system (CMS-AS400) and what net requirements are. and creating Work Orders

• Should have experience working with an ERP system

• Building relationships with the Supply base

• Following up with expediting materials

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• BA degree is highly preferred

• Long-term assignment up to 24 months
