Mandatory:
Knowledge of/experience with:
* Windows 7 (how to set up pc’s from an image, add users, change permissions, start/stop services, add/map network drives and printers, troubleshooting Windows issues)
* Hardware (how to troubleshoot printers, physical issues with pc’s, connections)
* Comfortable working with/understanding of PCS on a domain or workgroup
* RDP (familiar and has used for remote monitoring/troubleshooting)
* Strong Team Member
* Great communication skills (Written and Verbal)
* Willing and capable to work different shifts (days and hours) including 'on call'
* Willing and capable of walking multiple miles per day

Desired:
A plus would be if they have worked with kiosks or ATMs before and/or familiar with PCI compliant processes
Basic understanding of networking (IPv4) for setup, configuration and troubleshooting along with an understanding of TCP 'Ports'
Comfortable working with RegEdit
Knowledge of AD Containers, OUs and GPOs
