Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the marketing department in all activities including online activities (social media, webpages, blogs...) & offline activities (events, campaigns, advertising, branding, promotions...) in order to support the sales operations and positively contribute to the sales growth and the company’s expansion & success.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • ·         Raising marketing & advertising ideas quarterly within the set budgets to push the sales & awareness of the company.
  • ·         Perform regular market visits to collect data for (shelves – shares, branding, customer awareness, shop knowledge, shop behavior, supply & demand, prices, stock in shops, market shares, competition, new models, visibility, moves, product turn-over, promotion, incentives, branding, online & offline advertising, competitors activities…etc.).
  • ·         Gather data through (sales team, manufacturer retail team & reports, GFK reports, mystery shopper’s reports, weekly field visits).
  • ·         Provide weekly brief on action points (Advertising, POPs, BTL, branding, bundles, loyalty programs, incentives, sell-out promotions, tactical promotions...).
  • ·         Manage the execution for any project assigned from (advertising, communication with the concerned stakeholders, material distribution and installation, handling inquiries…etc.).
  • ·         Guarantee the proper communication of applied programs, campaigns, bundles & price updates.
  • ·         Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the proper distribution, products offering, display, dealer’s relationships, complaints.
  • ·         Managing the POP materials & giveaways distribution, branding campaigns, creative & artwork with agencies, procurement department and vendors, campaign execution.
  • ·         Tracking the ads & campaigns spending, and submit the closing report at the end of each activity.
  • ·         Maintains and develop positive relationships with all venues, media partners and suppliers (production and advertising agencies).
  • ·         Submit periodic reports to the marketing manager.
  • ·         Assist the marketing department in any event related to BCI.
  • ·         Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

  • ·         BSc degree in business (preferably with marketing orientation).
  • ·         1-3 years' experience in Marketing.
  • ·         Proficiency in MS-Office.
  • ·         Advanced marketing, advertising and public relations principles.
  • ·         Media & agencies relations principles.
  • ·         Excellent presentation skills.
  • ·         Digital & social media experience.
  • ·         English advanced skills.
