THE CLIENT:  Real Estate Company in Dubai, UAE. 

• Establishing and enforcing standards of quality control and customer service in accordance with company policies
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to plan and implement building maintenance projects
• Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems or hazards
• Overseeing the inventory of supplies and equipment used for maintenance projects
• Coordinating with insurance companies to ensure that all necessary repairs are covered by existing policies
• Ensuring that all repairs are done in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations
• Establishing work schedules and supervising staff members who perform maintenance work
• Managing a team of contractors to ensure that jobs are completed on time and within budget parameters
• Inspecting facilities to determine the need for repair and making recommendations for action
• Organize quotes for repairs and maintenance on behalf of landlords
• Daily management of reactive maintenance administration and troubleshooting
• Plan and coordinate all installations (A/C, Firefighting, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Ensure all clients are compliant with statutory and contractual obligations
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Handle insurance plans and service contracts
• Keep financial and non-financial records
• Perform analysis and forecasting

• At least 5 years experience in the same role in the UAE
• Management of teams
• Excellent communication & Time management skills
• Professional, Articulate, Well Spoken
• Negotiation skills & Customer service skills
• Must have driving license in the UAE
