THE CLIENT: Construction company engaged in civil engineering and building works in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
Qualifications
Required Candidate Profile:
- University Degree in any Engineering function, MBA is desirable.
- More than 10 years of progressive leadership experience and responsibility.
- Experience leading people, managing a team and obtaining results through others, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should possess good communication skills & analytical ability.
- Has to be a team player, self-driven and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge to work on annual budgets.
