JOB BRIEF:

The SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER will be responsible for GENERATING SALES and developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries (technical and commercial) in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Ultimately, Sales Account Manager should be able to grow the business by building successful, long-term client relationships in the BANKING SECTOR in Saudi Arabia. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Gain more clients 
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales account Manager of IT Solutions Sales to the Banking Sector in Saudi Arabia
  • Must be technologically equipped. With IT education is a plus. 
  • At least 5 years experience as Sales Account Manager in the region preferably in the banking sector. 
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
