Job Description

  • This role is responsible for delivering internal support to the Customer Support team at Trust Wallet. Embedded in the Customer Support team, your job will be to serve as the guru for any technical questions the team may have related to their work. 

  • You will also be responsible for helping to analyze, reproduce, and document any technical issues with our products and own the escalation of these issues to relevant business groups within the company.

  • You will also need to develop a keen understanding of customer needs in order to distill insights from customer feedback into product improvement feedback for a technical audience to consume.

  • To this end, you will need to build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • This will be a challenging role, so be prepared to perform in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.

Qualifications

  • Min 2 years of experience in a technical support, or customer support engineer role.

  • Ability to understand, investigate, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders as well as native-level proficiency in both spoken and written English

  • Expert-level knowledge of Web3 technologies including blockchain, self-custody wallets, and decentralized finance.

  • Ability to read and analyze smart contracts and trace the flow of funds on the blockchain.

  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in product-focused companies is a plus.
