Job Description

As Director of Marketing you will drive revenue growth for our SaaS and services-based solutions by directing all online and traditional marketing initiatives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. A critical focus is building SEO/SEM programs and overseeing product content and product marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

· Work with the Chief Sales Officer and CEO to develop marketing strategies and tactics that support revenue goals

· Manage a team of marketing professionals

· Create lead generation programs to grow target markets, with a heavy focus on developing inbound marketing through SEO/SEM

· Participate actively in translating customer/market needs into new feature development in our SaaS product

· Manage product content production which includes online training programs, expert content and building a network of subject matter experts

· Write marketing content

· Develop event strategies including webinars and tradeshows

· Develop customer marketing programs

· Manage the company web site

· Assist in preparing and monitoring consistent presentations & other materials used companywide

Essential duties

· Achieve the company’s revenue goals and objectives

· Manage marketing to quantifiable quotas and metrics within the marketing budget

· Build the Preparis brand in key verticals

· Communicate effectively with peers and employees as a key member of the team

· Excellent writing skills, including original authorship of thought leadership content and marketing emails

· Identify and solve any obstacles to successful execution

Qualifications

· Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, within a SaaS environment

· Track record in delivering revenue results

-Ability to manage multiple and competing objectives, demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change, ability to prioritize and juggle to consistently meet multiple, short deadlines

· Experience managing internal and external teams

· Working knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce.com

· Bachelor ‘s Degree required, business concentration preferred
