Job Description
As an Account Manager, your role is to ensure your assigned accounts achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and end-user adoption. In an energetic, fast-paced environment your responsibilities include
implementation and training of new accounts, managing customer requests and facilitating the highest levels of user adoption.
Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship from the C-level to the administrator level within each account.
- Ensure successful adoption, satisfaction and usage of Preparis' products and services.
- Conduct regular account review sessions and interactions to identify barriers and strategies for improvement.
- Work closely with Preparis' sales and consulting teams for a coordinated approach to success with each account.
- Communicate the Preparis vision and product roadmap.
- Solicit customer feedback for ways to improve Preparis’ solutions.
Required skills and Experience
- Must be a confident self-starter who can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable engaging all levels of the enterprise from the C-level down to employees.
- Experience using Salesforce.com.
- Possess a positive attitude with the initiative and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
