AZETA Sp. z o.o. is a health, cosmetics & personal care online shop and operates together with AZETA branded e-pharmacies in all the Baltic Countries (eurovaistine.lt, azeta.lv, azeta.ee).

Your tasks: 

• Conducting business and system/integration analysis;
• Analyzing business needs and systems integrations compatibility;
• Maintaining and tracking requirements from business to development;
• Creating documentation of business processes;
• Configuring and managing e-commerce system components and data;
• Reporting bugs and issues; 
• Conducting UAT tests;
• Initiating and implementing new system functionalities;
• Acting as mediator between business and developers;
• Creating and exporting data using SQL.

We need you to have: 

• Min. 2 years of experience as business analyst, IT system analyst, or similar;
• Good knowledge of SQL and/or MS Excel;
• Proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements;
• Proficiency in English;
• Effective communication skills;
• Interest in technologies and innovations, ability to adapt them for business need;
• Problem solving and analytical skills;
• Experience in UAT testing;
• Knowledge of modeling tools data. 

Good to have but not crucial: 

• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, JIRA, Navision System
