Job Description

This position is part of the response team responsible for service request intake from customers; assigning, scheduling and dispatching other team members for remote or onsite service according to urgency. . Strong customer relations are a must. Follow-up to insure that service has been completed to customer's satisfaction. Provide initial Help Desk assistance on routine computer support issues as time permits.

 

 

Qualifications

Should have 1-2 years helpdesk or other technical experience and will be required to provide first call resolution for the most common technical service requests.  Service requests that cannot be resolved will be documented and passed on to the appropriate service team member for further investigation and resolution.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • 1-2 years PC HelpDesk Experience
  • Superior Client service skills
  • Professional Demeanor
  • 30 Minute Commute from Barrington or willing to relocate

 

Nice to haves

Experience with Connectwise, Autotask or similar service management system Experience with Kaseya, Labtech or similar service management system

This position requires a high level of independence and strong client service skills. Organizational ability is important to keep track of all tasks, because the job requires a great deal of multi-tasking. We also require accurate and timely tracking of client work, service calls, and related documentation including timesheets.
