Main responsabilities : 

• Project activities completion according to project plan and budget in coordination with the Project Team Leader and in line with Project objectives

• Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, company standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency • Ensuring quality and consistency of project (package) definition 

Key activities

' • Support Project Leader or the Departmental Line Manager in the Project coordination activities during Project Concept Development from pre-OPD phase till Gate 2 (before FEED)
• Coordinate and implement the project related tasks in conjunction with the Project team specialists and interfacing with Company permanent departments specialists as required
• Support IGPM/GTL&GV Dept. (Integrated Gas Dev Project for Gas to liquids and gas valorisation) to develop management tools to improve the IGPM project set-up, control and monitoring in line with Company standards and best practices
• Implement project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management (Team Leader and Line Managers)
• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; support cost estimates
• Coordinate reviewing of project activities performed by Partners and/or contractors
• Contribute to project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing and plan project elements and deliverables list; • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving potential issues.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain project data base; entering and backing up data.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 Process Engineering degree (Preferably Process or alternatively Mechanical, or other according to type the aquired experiences); knowledge in gas valorisation (gas to liquids , gas to metahnol, LNG, gas to power) would be reccomended

'- Process Engineering: Process Review, Oil and Gas process treatment, Upstream process,
- Project Management : Project pre Feasibility and Feasibility Studies, Project Risks identification, Basic Planning skills, Contracting Strategies, coordination activities for Capex and Opex. EDMS (Engineering Document Management) coordination, Report Preparation, Project Management methodologies and techniques Requirements Analysis, Design Skills, Project Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management, Supervision, CAD, CAD/CAM Circuit Design  - Basic Economics: basic knowledge of oil gas scenarios and economics calculation (cash flow, NPV, IRR,)
