Join our dynamic team at our factory in Rain am Lech, Germany. This site is key to our operations, where you will lead a dedicated team of approximately 180 employees. Major investments have been executed over the past years and the challenge for the team at Aviko Rain will be to realize the full potential of these investments in terms of output, efficiency and sustainability. The site manager will be tasked with defining the next steps in the site masterplan to further secure robust upstream and downstream operations in close cooperation with international corporate teams. 

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will collaborate closely with various managers, including the production manager, logistics/TPM manager, maintenance manager, quality manager, and SHE-specialist. Additionally, you will have a dotted line relationship with the controller and HR manager.

• Experience and education: At least five years of experience in a similar role in the food industry, a master’s degree in technology and/or Food/Chemistry industry, and operational excellence skills such as TPM/Lean, Six Sigma, and World Class Manufacturing 
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English
