At Aviko we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a background in overseeing cross-functional innovation projects within the food industry. You have a keen interest in driving high-impact projects and understanding of Aviko's operations. We need someone who demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Furthermore, you have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.

The Project Manager for Aviko's H1 and H2 innovation projects will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and ensuring the successful implementation of groundbreaking innovation initiatives. You will be working from our location in Steenderen, Holland.

• As a Project Manager you will manage projects for both Innovations and R&D
• You contribute to accelerating project execution (through internal innovation processes, effective risk management, coordination of diverse teams, strategic planning, effective stakeholder management etc)
• You will be leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans and manage project resources and timings efficiently
• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders (Product Management, Product and process developers, Innovation Board, Corporate R&D, Operations, S&OP) to align project goals with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Additionally, you will be responsible for risk management, budget control, and fostering a culture of innovation within the project teams.

• Experience in managing complex innovation projects, from initiation to delivery, with a focus on both short-term (H1) and long-term (H2) goals
• Experience in a Food Production Environment
• You have at least 7 years of experience in project management with a proven track record
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across various departments
• Inspire and lead teams to embrace a culture of innovation, fostering creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey project updates, expectations, and results clearly to stakeholders at all levels
