Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

● Interfacing with Commercial, Global Sample and Program Deployment, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to formulate and drive supply planning strategies and tactics.
● Managing cross-divisional Supply Chain related initiatives and structure them into global Supply Chain processes and responsibilities.

● Elevating planning and scheduling capabilities and tools across global RBIS manufacturing sites.
● Leveraging and standardize best practices across global RBIS manufacturing sites.

● Partnering with IT to develop suitable system solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of supply planning.
● Providing Supply Chain execution leadership to ongoing Customer Engagement Initiatives.

● Partnering with Commercial teams to identify and formulate strategic inventory programs.

● Mobilizing supply planning managers to provide inventory and capacity execution leadership to regional operations and Supply Chain.
● Monitoring service and inventory performance and adjust execution plans for maximum results.
● Being an active member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

● 5 years leadership experience in a sizable Supply Chain/logistics position.
● Management experience in a global firm with specific experience in Supply Chain.
● Experience leading large scale Supply Chain transformation in multinational and complex organizations
● Ability to work across functions and regions in a highly matrixed global organization.
● Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Software Solutions and preferably experience in rollout out such systems.

● ERP system experience is preferred (e.g. Oracle, SAP, etc.).
● Solid analytical skills.
● Experience in leading change and strong persuasion skills.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential to lead and collaborate across a diverse and complex organization.

The individual will manage key aspects of the Global Supply Chain by creating and implementing various strategic initiatives aimed to improve flexibility, service levels, and profitability across RBIS. Leading the key aspects of the Global Supply Chain with accountability to improve service levels and flexibility while balancing RBIS financial objectives.
