For our Materials Group Europe business we are hiring a Sales Representative Eastern Europe - Labels/Adhesives. This is a very challenging supporting role in a very fast growing business and within a high performing team. 


You will be mainly based at our plant in Pruszków, Poland 


What we can offer you! - Your Role:
As Sales Representative Eastern Europe - Labels/Adhesives you will further develop business with our customers in Poland and the Baltic States. As well you realize and develop new business opportunities with current and potential customers and end users, maximize added value to customer leveraging our capabilities and building stronger customer intimacy.
Reporting: Direct-line to Country Sales Manager as a team-member
Activities may include, but are not limited to:
• Support Country Sales Managers to grow business in the country by managing current business and developing new opportunities.
• Initiate and continuously develop business relations with customers by offering suitable products & services and ensuring delivery as agreed.
• Monitor market developments and search for new business possibilities with potential and current customers.
• Co-operate with internal marketing and technical resources to exploit identified sales opportunities by “selling” customers effective solutions for developing their businesses.
• Support customers in testing newly developed applications.
• Create and maintain price-lists and payment policies for markets under responsibility.
• Assess financial status of customers, agree with them payment conditions and, if needed, propose to internal financial resources special payment or credit conditions.
• Support Credit Department on following up receivables from customers and, if needed, take appropriate actions to obtain due payments.
• Co-operate with internal supply chain resources to ensure suitable service conditions for markets under responsibility.
