Job Description

***Position is a remote position***

As part of the Customer Support technical team within the Heat Transfer Label (HTL) platform team, this role will be the regional lead to drive program management and technical support/troubleshooting for key customers and internal stakeholders. As one of RBIS’ key initiatives, the success of HTL is critical to our broader business strategy and growth agenda. 
The role will be the key interface for key commercial, operations and technical teams within the region and also be part of a Global HTL Customer Support and Platform organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
•Working with the commercial, innovation and product development organizations to link the technical solutions with customer expectations and capabilities. 
•Building and Enhancing Factory Service Excellence. Drives activities for key program developments in technical and service aspects at vendor level. 
•Working directly with Strategic Global Program Management to ensure key program developments are implemented locally
•Taking the ownership of programs developed and new business opportunity /open program from factory. Link up with stakeholders to win business locally.
•Facilitating the key vendor relationship management for selected VIP customers, elevating the conversation with management of factories to ensure that their expectations/needs/support are clearly noted and properly addressed so as to build on those key vendor relationships. 
•Leading problem solving with technical developments and quality issues. Identify and diagnose problem, and drive for resolution.
•Creating Global standards at both country and regional level to create a focused, proactive and high visibility support mechanism for customers
•Leading a clear dialog with Regional operations and Commercial program management to ensure that the work of the HTL specialist is aligned with these respective groups on strategic vendor relationships and key program roll out.
•Delivering an escalation process which is clear to both Avery Dennison and our customers.
•Conducting vendor profiles on their customer based
•Solution expert for local commercial team in HTL. 
•Connecting with Product innovation team to drive new product launches at a regional/local level.

Qualifications

•5+ Years engineering/research, technical customer support, product development or related experience 
•Experience working with Marketing and Operations preferred.
•Direct customer interface experience.
•Demonstrated ability to navigate in a complex matrix organization and drive alignment and execute across multiple functions/stakeholder groups.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Strong verbal and written skills
•Skilled in process documentation and improvement.
•Good project management skills.
•Willingness to travel (50%)
