About the role

Recruiters center their efforts around sourcing, screening, and hiring new talent. In this role, reporting to the Solutions Group TA Lead, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, the Talent Attraction team, and cross-functional partners to understand staffing requirements and execute effective recruitment plans. You will post job requisitions, actively source candidates through various channels, and build qualified talent pipelines with a strong emphasis on teamwork, trustworthiness, automation, and AI tools. Additionally, you will perform necessary reporting and data tracking, conduct initial screenings and interviews, manage the interview process in close partnership with hiring teams, support offer negotiations, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and maintain accuracy across applicant tracking systems. The position is based on-site at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest with hybrid work options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely in a trustworthy, team-oriented environment with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and the Talent Attraction team to execute recruitment plans.
  • Actively source, network, and engage candidates using modern automation and AI recruitment tools to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, trustworthiness, teamwork orientation, and organizational fit.
  • Perform necessary recruitment reporting, metrics analytics, and data management to keep stakeholders informed and track hiring performance.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, gathering collaborative stakeholder feedback to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
  • Track and process talent acquisition administrative tasks such as reporting, invoicing, and managing employee referral programs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition within a professional, team-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise and practical experience in utilizing recruitment automation technologies and AI-powered sourcing tools.
  • High level of personal integrity, trustworthiness, and strong teamwork capabilities when collaborating with talent attraction and cross-functional teams.
  • High proficiency in candidate engagement strategies, digital recruitment solutions, reporting analytics, and AI-driven candidate discovery.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple hiring priorities.
  • Strong adaptability, customer centricity, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
