Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Avery Dennison. In this role, you will take ownership of our digital platform operations, ensuring our digital content operates with precision, technological excellence, and superior quality. You will drive digital campaign execution, manage our social media presence, and uphold our rigorous content governance standards.
This is a dynamic position for an ambitious professional who wants to deliver exceptional user experiences across our digital touch points. You will collaborate closely with a network of internal teams and external stakeholders, leveraging advanced enterprise platforms to maintain a high-volume, multi-business-unit digital estate.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platform Operations: Perform web mastering activities across enterprise platforms. You will configure, structure, and publish content within an enterprise Content Management System (CMS), ensuring total accuracy and compliance with our governance frameworks.
Campaign Execution & Social Media: Support the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, and email (eDM) channels. You will manage and optimise platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.
Analytics & Performance Optimisation: You will monitor campaign performance, prepare insightful reports, and implement data-driven recommendations to continuously improve reach, conversions, and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to align and coordinate digital initiatives. You'll be responsible for reviewing content updates on CMS, clarifying stakeholder requirements, and ensuring that all outcomes are mutually beneficial.
Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with external agencies and vendors to support campaign execution.
Qualifications
A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, web content management, and web mastering.
Hands-on experience working within an enterprise CMS environment (Adobe Experience Manager or equivalent).
A solid working knowledge of HTML and an understanding of template-based content structures.
Familiarity with email automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Proficiency in performance tracking and digital advertising tools, specifically Google Analytics (GA4) and paid social platforms.
You possess exceptional attention to detail, easily managing content accuracy and governance across all platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to manage complex operational workflows.
