Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the execution of the marketing strategies for Avery Dennison's Digital Printing Media business within the Graphics Segment, implementing internal and external activities in order to assist the sales organization in maximizing sales growth and profit contribution. The Product Manager does not have “direct selling” responsibility
Your mission:
- Support in preparing strategy development plans (product positioning, pricing guidelines etc.)
- Identify, define, select and prioritize market opportunities and execute strategies for new market penetration
- Lead development of new products and manage implementation process in coordination with Production, Logistics, Purchasing and R&D, while being the marketing representative for your portfolio
- Collaborate closely with Technical Marketing Manager with regards to internal & external customer queries
- Drive product launches with communication and training for internal and external customers
- Monitor product profitability, quality and communicate results to the appropriate source
- Set-up and maintain service guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 4+ year’s business experience, including sales and marketing, desired
- Excellent communication skills in English, potentially other languages as well
- Proven project management skills
- Experience with Google Suite, Gemini, and function specific software
Good to have:
- Leadership and mentoring experience and skills is a plus
- Leadership experience of cross functional teams
- Experience in the Digital Printing Industry
